What is your return policy?

Any products can be returned, with a Return Authorization number, no questions asked, within 30 days. Email info@ptware.com for an RA#.

My glassware arrived broken. What should I do?

We take great care to make sure out products are packed up safely and with plenty of cushion. However, no matter how carefully packed, when glassware and shipping meet, things can happen. If you receive anything broken, send an email to info@ptware.com with a picture of the broken element and a replacement will be sent to you right away.

Do you ship International?

Yes, we ship all around the world. We also sell domestically in Australia, Korea, and the UK. Go to our Where Can I Purchase page to learn more.
